Weekly Guided Meditation

Join us for a morning guided meditation practice to connect within, reflect and recharge.

We meet weekly in the Meeting Room at Whitehorse Uniting Church Forest Hill, 333A Canterbury Road, Forest Hill, VIC 3131.

With a different theme or practice each week,  you are supported to connect more deeply with your inner self and cultivate a sense of inner peace and wellbeing.

Sessions start promptly at 8:30 am.

Spaces are limited to 10 people.
