Women's circles

The purpose of a circle is to connect to yourself and others, share and hold space for each other.

Starting with a meditation practice to connect to self, you will be encouraged and guided to connect deeply with where you are in your life now.  Following the meditation you will have the opportunity to reflect on your choices and intentions; and to hear and support others as they do the same.

The circle is a safe and supportive space, free of judgement and with the intention to move forward towards the life you want.

Please bring water and a notebook; and most importantly an open heart and mind.
